I had brunch for a friend’s birthday. We had miami spice brunch. The selection was less but good enough. The escargot was delicious also the avocado soup. They gave us a complimentary guava mimosa for the occasion and treated us very well!
We had a great time at Brasserie Laurel! All dishes were delicious, the cocktails tasty and the wine recommendation was great. Highly recommend, we will be back soon.
Cozy place with good food and drinks! They also have a happy hour until 7pm. Very attentive personnel! Very casual attire, we were celebrating anniversaries and I think we overdressed ourselves But over all it’s a good place and we will go back again.
I tried their happy our menu a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. I was back in town and had to stop in again for happy hour. I love the knees bees cocktail and the Brasserie burger. Stephen at the bar was friendly and attentive. Excellent service and a lovely atmosphere.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and from the very beginning the staff made us feel truly welcome. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary welcome glass and warm congratulations, which immediately set the tone for the evening. We started with oysters and were very impressed with their freshness and presentation. The French Onion Soup was absolutely outstanding — a rich beef broth with delicate, sweet notes of perfectly caramelized onions and a beautifully melted cheese crust. For the main courses, we ordered the gnocchi with an incredible sauce and the Wellington, both cooked to perfection and full of flavor. For dessert, we chose the flan — delicate, well-balanced, and the perfect ending to the meal. The bar deserves special mention as well: the cocktails were excellent and crafted with great care. A lovely bonus is that the restaurant also offers happy hour, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Everything from the food to the service and atmosphere was exceptional. We will definitely be back.
Excellent please if you want to talk to your partner The food was incredible. We had the beef Wellington, a salad that was amazing and the muscles to start. Our server was extremely attentive and knowledgeable the wines where really good I highly recommend it
The food was absolutely amazing—highly recommend starting with the escargot and tuna tartare, both of which were packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. For mains, the short rib pappardelle and steak frites were divine—rich, perfectly cooked, and so satisfying. We chose to sit at the bar, which turned out to be a lovely spot, and took full advantage of their generous happy hour from 5–8. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service made the evening even better. Overall, this is a fantastic restaurant that I’ll definitely be returning to!
Hands down, the BEST burger in Miami. Period. Brasserie Laurel in Downtown Miami isn’t just another upscale spot it’s a hidden gem delivering absolute burger perfection. From one small business owner to another, I support them 100%. But this review isn’t just about loyalty it’s about what might be the best burger I’ve had, anywhere. I’ve been to over 100 burger joints, and this one takes the crown. It’s not your typical burger it’s elevated, refined, and insanely flavorful without trying too hard. The peppercorn reduction reminds me of a rich French onion soup, layered over tender wagyu beef that literally melts in your mouth. Add in the caramelized onions and gruyère cheese, and you’ve got a flavor combo that hits on every level. And don’t even get me started on the fries crispy, golden, and the perfect sidekick. Also, shoutout to Luis, the manager his energy, professionalism, and passion for hospitality sealed the deal. This is a MUST-TRY if you’re in Miami. Tell them TAG sent you you’ll thank me later.
